OEM, ODM & Private-Label Mechanical Seals

Your manufacturing partner for pump mechanical seals — built in-house to your spec, your brand and your volumes.

Private label · build-to-print · ODM design · reverse engineering · low MOQ

A manufacturer, not a middleman

Cowseal designs and machines mechanical seals in-house in Ningbo, China. We supply under our own brand and as an OEM/ODM and private-label partner for distributors, pump builders and maintenance suppliers worldwide — so you get manufacturer pricing, control of the spec, and a single accountable source.

For distributors — private label

We supply seals unbranded or under your label and packaging, so you carry a full mechanical-seal line without holding a factory. Match a competitor’s range or fill the gaps in yours.

For OEMs — build-to-print

Send a drawing or a sample and we build to print at production volume — the same fit, faces and tolerances, batch after batch, as a reliable second source or a cost-down.

ODM — design with us

Have a sealing problem, not a drawing? Our engineers select the arrangement, faces, balance and flush plan for the duty and build the seal from there.

Manufacturing capabilities

  • In-house machining — CNC turning and grinding for faces, sleeves, glands and hardware.
  • Full material range — SiC, tungsten carbide, carbon, alumina; FFKM, FKM, EPDM, PTFE.
  • Low minimum orders — quantities that work for a distributor or a single maintenance order.
  • Build to print or to sample — we work from your drawing, an OEM part number, or a physical sample.
  • Standards — API 682, ISO 3069, EN 12756, DIN 24960 where the spec requires.

How it works

1. Send a pump model, an OEM part number, a drawing or a sample.   2. We confirm the fit, faces and materials and quote.   3. We machine, inspect and ship — under your brand if you want.
